他の講師達とは違い、25分経つと会話の途中にも関わらずくっきり授業を終了してしまいます。いつもの事ですけど。
センテンスの長いアーティクルをいつも送ってくるのですが、記事をただ読んで終わったという事が何回かありました。
25分の授業で終了できるような記事を探すべきだと思いますけどね。

I am sorry that this student feels disappointed with her lesson. The article I chose is quite short and very popular with other students. At the start of the lesson the student told me that she was having some technical difficulties because she was using Skype on her smartphone for the first time. The lesson was then delayed while she tried to turn on her camera and find the article. The reason that the student was unable to finish the article was because she did not begin reading until 12 minutes after the lesson started. The total lesson time was over 26 minutes.

There are many unfamiliar words and phrases such as "fleet","in one's right","be catered for""transformational",,etc and Mark explained them by easily understandable words and examples. Today, we talked about the article featuring spreading measles in Europe. Especially, in Romania, Italy and Ukraine, the number of sufferers has been increasing seriouly. One of the reasons for the spreading is the number of people who take the vaccinations is declining because some people have been still beliving the MMR(measles, mumps and rubella) vaccine might cause autism to children even though the theory has been already discredited and it is just an anectal evidence. Anyway, our mindset never changes easily, I think.

Today, we talked about the article of big free trade between EU and Japan.
While the U.S. has taken America-first economical policies, by signing free trade agreement with EU, Japan will have more favorable options such as expanding world trade. Even if we have bad relationship with the U.S., we can fulfill our trade with other contries.
That will give us more advantageous position even in political issues.
From one economic article, we can learn many things from different points of view. Thank you, Mark for inspiring lessons with how-to-think practice.

Today, we discussed on the article of banning plastic bags in supermarkets in Australia. The trend to reduce plastic waste has been growing in the world. I felt making a bill to proceed the conservation of nature is the quickest way to promote it. Mark always chooses me the best topics to excite me.

In today's lesson, I had my speech reviewed that I had revised a lot, especially in conclusion. I'm prone to translate literally what I want to say in Japanese into English. But it seems that it often confuses native English speakers. Mark always tries his best to make my speech more natural and clear to be understood. It's interesting to get to know the sentences by which I confuse Mark. I'm sorry for Mark, though... Thank you, Mark, as always!

We talked about President Trumo Who is visiting YK. TV news showed many people holding demonsttatins on the street around American embassy where he stays. They were making loud noises prptesting his policies for illegal immigration.
I'd like to ask him how to use "none of your business" at my next lesson. Maybe I must have been impolite using this phrase wrong.
