 Lesson 39 business power topic. I learned a lot of good phrases including striving to, taking on, accomplish and setting up. In the role-playing part, Max, as a hotel employee and me, as a hotel manager discussed how to improve the terrible situations of the hotel, which has been in a bad shape due to the lack of staff.  We did lesson 40 today. The phrase I learned today was "be sensitive to". This phrase have 3 different meanings according to the context it is used. I was bit surprized that William, who seems to be arrogant, got five out of five evaluation for his performance. But he will be eliminated soon! Thank you Max! I enjoyed your lesson as always.
