His lesson is always very instructive and practical. I like that he often gives me alternative expressions or vocabularies, because if he didn't teach me new expressions or words through our conversations it'd take a lot more time to learn them. I had a very good time talking with Max as usual. I thought it very interesting and enjoyable to discuss current topics with him.

Today we read dialog of Shopping for a Cause. I learned many vocabulary. Especially, "metrics" and "profile" were good for me to learn because I have often seen those two mostly in business context but have not been sure what they exactly mean and how I should use myself. It's now clear thanks to you, Max!

Today we focused on practice new words by Max asking me questions with new vocabularies and me answering.The vocabularies are all useful and important, so I am sure I will be able to use them by myself going forward. Thank you Max!

We reviewed 9 way of using the word "with" I'm getting that little by little thanks to him. I thought that I have to using it over and over again. Before I knew it. the ending time of our class has come.

We had a double lesson today. Max let me talk most of the time asking many questions, which was a great speaking practice for me.

I can't believe that we could finish it even though we spend a lot of time talking about a cake. I made a lot of mistakes but I think I can do better in a next time. It means I can eat a cake more than once in a month lol.

We didn't use a text today. Instead of that I asked him some grammatical questions. He said he usually doesn't teach grammar so it must have been difficult for him but his explanations helped me to understand. So I guess the thing I need to do is just to practice and get used to the grammar. Thank you very much for the lesson and your advice, Max. I always appreciate your encouragement!! See you soon!
