ディルハラ先生に半年ほどお世話になっています。先生のおかげで企業の英会話面接を通過できました。面接の練習をお願いして、毎日練習に付き合っていただいたおかげです。先生はこちらの求めているレッスンを提供しようとしてくださいます。とてもいい先生に出会うことが出来ました。英語が全く話せない私に呆れることもなく、きちんと向き合ってくださいます。日本語もわかっていただけて安心です。これからもよろしくお願いします。本当に感謝しています。 |

We continued talking about housing in Australia and Japan from last time. It was interesting to know difference and similarities depends on each country. I talked about my favorite Japanese events as well. I found difficulty describing my own culture in English. So I want to think how to introduce Japanese culture well. |

This time Dihara-sensei helped me with three questions which were too difficult to answer. He kindly explained to me why they are wrong or right. Then he told me about how they spend Christmas. I learned a lot about it. |

Today, we talked about the article on deterioration of handwriting in students' exams script Dilhara choose. Modern students uses degital devices in lecutures, so they rarely have chances to write by hand. Cambridge university is considering ablishing handwritten exams. |

I told Dilhara about my English phone call experience in my job. After that we talked about "housing" of Australia and Japan. It was interesting to know difference in housing between Australia and Japan, but there were also similar points that I didn't know. I learned expressions for housing explanations. Dilhara showed me examples first, it's easier to construct sentences. Also he pointed out when I made mistake with grammar. |

We used one of the article from English Breaking News.com to practice rephrasing. I realized it's sometimes more difficult to rephrase short and simple sentences. I learned some good expressions Dilhara used in his sentences, such as being comparable to, being beneficial to, and bearing a closer resemblance. I will try to use these expressions by myself in the future.Thank you Dilhara! I am looking forward to our next lesson! |

Dilhara is very calm and gentle. So I can take his class without getting nervous. But his way of speaking is sometimes unfamiliar to me and difficult to understand. But of course, it can be a good practice. I'm sure he won't be upset if my comprehension is bad. Thanks, Dilhara! |

Dilhara chose an interesting article for our lesson regarding dual citizenship in Australia. He kindly asked me if I understand some important words and phrases including legal terms and gave me helpful explanations to fix my brain. |
