Today our connection was not so good there were several pauses. But I could learn some phrases related to manners.

Today we talked about some words on shopping, such as aisle,bulk,gereric and organic. I mistook generic for genetic, but now I understood.

Learning English is one of my challenges in my retirement days as well as climbing mountains. She made good atmosphere for me to talk more and more. Thank you.

I directed Samantha the website "elllo" about aging. We did a role play dialog together, and then we had free talk about the subject. About what we saw as the change of time, so we talked about PC and portable phones instead of pay phones. I prepared the topics of the problems with the declining birth and aging population, but time's up. The time passed by faster. Thank you, Samantha, see you again :-)

I really appreciate the valuable lesson today. We discussed some idioms including a term "change." While I practice using them to express myself, I am able to build up my vocabulary.

I could learn some useful expressions for daily life. We discussed the difference between "a change of mind" and "a change of heart." She also let me be aware of pronouncing the word "changed[dʒd]" correctly. Thank you.
