Today, we chatted on the foods and the festivals. Samantha often cooks stir-fry with soy source or cooks rice. Tofu and soy source are made from soy beans, but Japan imports much of soy beans from the USA. We are connected each other deeply. And it's almost amazing Samantha knows Akita dog! |

Today we talked about "sleep" and "dreams." I reviewed some expressions from our past lessons and learned a few phrases and practiced using them in the sentences. "Beyond one's wildest dreams","stop living in a dream world","heavy(light) sleeper","sleep like a log"; I will try hard to master them! Thank you:) |

Today we talked about some medical issues since my bro had a surgery of acute aortic dissection. It is difficult for me to explain conditions regarding medical care, and she kindly corrected my errors and typed the right sentences when I hemmed and hawed. Thank you! |

We chatted on the temperament of dogs. My dog is a Japanese spitz dog. The Japanese spitz dog looks similar to the Samoyed dog, but the temperament is very different. He is not calm at all. He barks very often. Now I'm about to take him out for a walk. I must be careful not to let him bark. See you next! |

Today, we talked on climate of Canada and Japan. Winter in Canada is very long. Now, already the lowest temperature is zero in Canada, on the other hand, we still have 30 degree high temperature in Japan. And a typhoon is coming to Japan. It will make landfall sooner. |

3年ぶりに先生のレッスンを受けました。比較的聞きやすい英語と、相変わらず親切な対応で楽しくレッスンできました。先生と教材を使ってのレッスンは初めてでしたが、先生のスタイル的に日常会話をして、間違っている英語を正してもらうやり方が私には合うなと思いました。また会話中心のレッスンをしたいときに予約しようと思います。 |

Today was the first lesson with Samantha. She was gentle person with friendly smile, so I felt at ease during the lesson. After our self-introduction we talked about many things. I am not good at free conversation, however, I enjoyed talking with her. And then we read "Cambridge University may end handwritten exams" of News English Lessons. I spent a fruitful time with her. |
