How third world countries are doing in this era of globalization or free trade? Some countries are benefited by boosting their economies, creating huge jobs, this is helping improve the citizens` quality of life, having stable supply of food to consume, regardless of geographical and climatic condition but free trade exacerbate environmental degradation through economic growth in developing countries and undermine less competition industries benefiting big companies. Whereas other countries are only exploited and exacerbate their impovereshment. The improvement cannot outreach these countries at ant rate. Thus, there are lot of disparities of benefits that cannot be solved easily. That`s the law of the jungle. It can`t be helped unfortunately... |

Today we sidetracked and chatted a bunch of topics, I even could make a trick question and Nina fell into it on the button. Yay! Finally, Nina took a beating. I felt good and superior than Nina. Sorry Nina, but today I am the bomb. I could incorporate words and phrases in the sentences as "rack my brain","doomed to failure","brush off","get a pink slip","spare the rod and spoil the child","money doesn`t grow on trees","bring shame on someone","all`s well that ends well","backseat driver","go easy on","forgo","muffle","emulate","waive","deplete","misgiving","blessed event","bolt out of the blue","want it so badly it hurts","mind turn to mush","get into hot water","intricate","elusive","perilous","obnoxious","paramount","deceit","hoax","penitent","get on one high horse","get off one high horse","snap at","vent" and so on. Nina Thank you for today`s lesson. Today I am the bomb! Have a nice week! |

Threse is a very good and kind teacher. We talked about blood pressure.I visit my doctor every 3 month for check up.I told her that I don't trust them at all.Patients are customers for them. The more they get their customers they get more money, because of our good social insurance system. |

Thank you for your lesson. The way of expressing English of the text into other words was studied very much. I'd like to be conscious of it from now on. |
