Thank you for your great lesson. The topic I chose was a bit tough to summarize but it was a good practice again! |

Thank you for the lesson, Mark. Rain cooled your area to 17 degrees! In Japan, it is over 30 degrees even in September!! I'm looking forward to the next lesson!! |

In today's sessions, we did the article,“Don’t let U.S. become next Rome (Entrenched political elites will sacrifice anything to retain power, including their own country).” . I like this kind of articles, so I really enjoyed it. It has been more than 5000 years since Maya civilization had appeared though, the nature of human being doesn't change at all and I think will not change dramatically. 5000 years, still same problem. It's funny. Our technology is developing with high speed, but in the point of our ego (seek for more power and more money), we haven't changed at all. What a pity!!! |

I'm really appreciated that you always write long and nice comments after every lesson even though now you are pretty busy for your books! Yes, finally, we made tortillas using tortilladora. It was the first time for us to use it, so it seems we need some time to get used to it, but we really enjoyed it!!! I know you are busy, but I recommend you to sleep more, 2 and half hours are not enough at all!!! More that 8 hours a day for sleeping is my recommendation, sounds cool!? |

Since I don't talk to you during weekdays, there are many topics that happened to me after we saw each other last time and want to share with you. The nicehead and the airhead (Himalaya!? But I think the airhead should meditate!!! Don't you think so?) and my exciting excursion with karate baby to the dentist!? I think there's huge misunderstanding between us!!! After talking about these things, we finished the article about the US and exchange our opinions about many points. The most interesting thing is that you said China will be the next, but I notice that you said we agreed that Mexico is the next!!! Misunderstanding again!? You are really great at making nice and happy conclusion even though the reality doesn't seem to be. As you know, I'm a kind of negative person and I couldn't conclude that article with happily, so I honestly envy your way of thinking! Thank you always;) |

Today, we began our lesson with talking about what you ate and what you will eat on next Saturday, my strategy to eat Russian and Mexican food near my house-Yes! Food topics are always important to us!!-, and then, we moved on to the articles about sleeping(Yes! It's VERY important to me!!!) and Amazon's new service in London. Pronunciation is really confusing for me though, I could enjoy both articles! Thank you always;) |

When I showed the result of the questionnaires on intercultural experience of Japanese students, an English man was surprised to see how many of them haven't been abroad. He thought Japanese thought Japan is best, so they don't go out. Actually, they don't want to challenge and they are not rich enough to travel abroad because of economical recession. |

Today's topic that people who read lives longer was very interesting and fun to talk with you. Because we both love to read. You are very intelligent and have a wide variety of knowledge. That stimulates me to talk and ask a lot of things you in English! Thanks for everything. See you soon! |

Thank you for summarizing my experience in London in your sophisticated English! London is a mixture of modern buildings and ancient ones.London Olympic promoted development, but the House of Parliament and white marble buildings along streets were magnificent. |

British Museum reminds us of its dark history. But they preserves the world treasures well using their tax and open them to the public. It can be said to be a good way as compensation. |

Thank you Max! The article we read was interesting since it's related to our health and the words were not something very new, so that I could get a clear picture about what I think! See you soon Max! |
