I was surprised to know you've never tried seaweed and can't find it in the supermarket. In Japan,eating seaweed is very common,and it's so good for our health.

I was so happy to see Max again! We talked about ice cream today. In Sapporo ice cream with natural salt is very popular. It is very good and not so expensive. A little salt makes ice cream much sweeter. I feel proud of this local consumption of what produced locally here in Hokkaido. See you soon and take care!
