I enjoyed his class as usual. There were many unfamiliar words in the story we did today but Max explained one by one carefully, sometimes with an actions! So I was able to get all of the meanings. His class is very productive! The pronunciation of "discomfort" was difficult for me! I'll practice it so please check it in the next class! See you!

Thank you for your help with the challenging article for me, Max, I learnt a lot! Political words are still quite difficult for me but we have a lot of opportunities to hear political news so I need to keep it up...

Today we focused on the article regarding how the world can rebuild Syria and other middle east nations suffering the conflicts. I summarized it and Max corrected my speech and we talked about the issue. He always helps me summarize an article and I like his sharp comments. Thank you for usual great lessons, Max!

As I usually don't have many opportunities, if any, to talk about pension plans or other financial matters in English, today's lesson was really helpful and useful. In addition, I am glad that I was able to control the speed of my English today! :-)
