Vultures flying overhead are now policing those dumping illegaly down bellow. The vultures are flying with video and GPS capabilities. Locals have taken the scavenger birds for granted. Generally, the majority of people have a negative view of the vultures, wich is associated many times with death and many negatives things. They don`t realize the vultures play a very important role in nature as they`re helping a lot to control a large quantity of rubbish. Dreaded by locals they may be the heroes swoop in to identify those polluting and help clean up the city.
