He is friendly and easy to talk to. I have enjoyed chatting with him but wish if he could have given me any advice/coaching about my English. I am afraid no specific correction nor suggestion about my English expression in the class nor in the evaluation. If you want just enjoy free talk, then he should be great.

My son enjoyed talking about his interest of movie and animation he likes. He was eager to express what he likes and what he would do in the weekend in English. He was more comfortable with talking in English than before.

インターネット環境について話しました。
国によって形態が違うので興味深かったです。

I left my son take the lesson by himself during the entire class. He tried to do the class as much as he could. Although he had something he could not follow at some points, he managed to go on the class until the end. It is a big challenge but it is a big progress.

レッスンを受ける際の生徒側の態度、受講姿勢について話しました。

シビアなトークになりましたが興味深かったです。

My son seemed to understand what the teacher told about his favorite comic and he tried to tell the teacher what he liked to read. Although it was a small conversation, it was a big challenge for my son to catch he listened to and reply in English. I hope he keeps up with his lesson and soon to get more interested with the English language.

日本の雨季と季節感について話しました。
季節ごとに衣替えをしていくのはめんどくさくもあり、楽しくもあり、というところでしょうか。

病気の症状に対する東洋的アプローチと西洋医学の違いについて話し合いました。
薬と手術によって治療するのか、鍼灸や漢方薬に頼る方法を選択する是非は楽しい論議でした。

初めてのオンライン英会話でした。英語を勉強中の娘ですが英会話は初心者。固まってしまいましたが、先生はゆっくり丁寧に質問してくれたり娘の興味のある話題を振ってくれたりと、娘が答えやすい雰囲気を作ってくれました。最初は嫌と言っていた娘が、「次やるときは〜」と意欲的になってくれたのが嬉しかったです。

希望した教材と異なるものをさせられました。
いい教材を提案して下さること自体は大歓迎ですが、教材を選んだ理由を「Eigoxを初めて間がないので、まずはEigoxのテキストを試したい」と説明したにも関わらず、こちらの意思を確認せずに、異なる教材でレッスンを進めるのはどうかと思いました。こちらは予習もしていたのに。

It was nice talking with you for the lesson. My son tried to express what he ate in the breakfast, what he was going to do in the weekend and etc, with his own words. Still he has a problem with catching up the words spoken fast but I believe as he learns and speaks it won't be a problem.

美の認識と夫婦の相性について話しました。
国が違えば認識もちがうので面白かったです。

買い物の嗜好やコロナ禍における子供教育の多様性などについて話しました。

My son tried to understand what you said and tried to reply with his own words. The topic was what he ate at the breakfast and his favorite menu. The word fried pork sandwich was what I did not imagine at all but it was a nice conversation between the teacher and the student.

色々な洋書を読んでいるのですが自分の好きな作家の話を聞いてもらいました。
