You are a highly professional teacher as I always feel so. I learned some important differences of nuance today, too. It is difficult for learners to grasp those differences without being pointed out by native experienced teachers who have an acute feeling for words. And I am thankful that I can take your enriched lessons living in different countries.

Fergal-sensei is always attentive to what his students say professionally without losing concentration and corrects them to better words teaching differences of them. For example, today I leaned the nuances of ‘sarcastically’ and ‘ ironically’ , which I was using vaguely so far. I have never finished his class without gains.

Today was a lesson for daily conversational skills. I learned today’s theme meticulously. Fergal-sensei taught me subtle differences among some expressions, too. I will be able to use these expressions with confidence in real situations. By the way, It took me much time to say amounts by dollars, that is also my weak point. But it was fun to answer questions.

Before today's lesson, I read the article Fergal offered me just after the last lesson. We talked about it and he corrected my English. Talking about a news material he offered me is much better than chatting. He offered me a longer material for the next lesson. I look forward to reading it and the next lesson. Today, small talk became a main topic. lol But it was fun. It was a good training to explain things and I learned to understand the word, ‘apartment’ wrongly. I did not know it has the meaning of a suite of rooms for one household in a building such as a condo, an apartment house. I feel satisfied as I found my misunderstanding for long. And I learned the nuances in some words, too. Thank you for your enthusiastic lesson as always.

Today, I tried new lesson for natural daily conversations apart from the usual discussion style. Just as we changed the lesson method, I easily got panic and faltering. I could not understand fully even easy questions. How terrible! But I believe these thrilling trainings will be necessary for me. Anyway, it was a stimulating class! I deeply realized how poor my basic conversational skills are. I think it is due to imbalanced speaking practice for only some tests for long years. I want to overcome these weak points by combining different kinds of lessons.

Fergal-sensei gave me some good advice including how to listen actively and not to fear mistakes. I decided to increase the number of lessons as I have felt the absolute amount of time for speaking English is insufficient in my environment. In addition to usual discussions with articles, I am to start classes for improving more natural daily conversational skills. I am looking forward to the new lesson from him.

Today, I read and discuss the article from science daily. When I found some unfamiliar expressions or words, he kindly explained the meaning of them. He also asked a lot of questions to confirm my reading comprehension. It was really good practice for me.
