Nice to see you, Inger! We went through 100 Power Topics, How to make a Complaint. I made phrases with " a long shot", and I had Inger confirm them. Then we made up situation to make a complaint in a cloths shop and make conversations, and we talked about our experiences when we made a complaint. They are really fun and informative.
