It was nice to see Xandra again! I talked about my experience I had visited the Shasui Falls yesterday and Xandra showed me Sagada in Philippines. It was beautiful and looked cool. Then we studied Daily ESL: Beauty Salon. We practiced vocabulary and discussed about beauty salon. I was so happy to take your lesson today. See you next lesson!

The first lesson was a good start for my son whois an 8 yrs old returnee student from the U.S. Hehas forgotten much of English by this point, but Ms Xandra navigated him very well to remind him of the language. He seems a bit nervous to talk to a new teacher and also to speak in English for the first time after a long absence from English speaking environment, but he seemed to getting back his confidence about it as well. Thank you for the great lesson!

I asked a few questions on the proper use of "those" and "them". I've sometimes felt confused in using these words, which Xandra understood, and she gave me a clear explanations and showed good model sentences. Although she had a cold and must have felt sick, she was patient enought to wait as usual until I finish talking.Take good care of yourself and see you next time!

I enjoyed also today's her lesson.Ms.Xandra is very smart and has much knowledge about anything,so I always want to talk to her any topics.She already understands the points we Japanese doesn't understands clearly,and let me notice what I don't know.It was very useful time with her.I hope her to recovery from a cold.

As usual, I spent really good time during whole lesson.I tried to talk freely with Xandra about food, nature and beauty etc. During talking, I sometimes got stuck because I couldn' find good words/phrases to express what I wanted to say, but she understood and paraphrased it in natural expressions, which helped me make better communication a lot. I'm looking forward to the next lesson!

It was a lot of fun to exchange and share opinions about news in Japan. I was surprised to know that Japanese mindset wasn't the norm in different countries. I'd like to talk about controversial issues with Xandra next time again.
