今日はシリアスなお話し、政治の話題でした。ホルムズ海峡危機に端を発し、色々な国の色々な事情を話しました。 英語を話す練習だけではなく、文化の違いをしみじみと感じる時間でした。 |

We enjoyed our class. In the story, you told me about Andok's. I didn't know it. But when I go to Philippines, I'd like to go there. You've told me about Jolibee before. I was interested in it at that time. I definitely want to go to Boracay, too. I'm happy to hear about something unique to your country. |

Thank you for the wonderful lesson. We talked about last weekend. I told you that I made some sweets. You asked some questions about my sweets, which got me to study. How wonderful it would have been if I had been able to properly explain them. I'll do my best to be able to speak English from now on. |

Thank you for the fruitful lesson. You taught me about the different between connotation and denotation. At first glance, the meaning may seem difficult to understand, but you explained them to me clearly with examples. I'm very moved when you explain something I don't understand in English and I finally understand it in English. |

Thank you for the great lesson. We talked about Christmas. Among the Christmas-related stories, I learned about "Strange Things" on Netflix and Charcuterie and many other stories that are unfamiliar to me in Japan. They were really fun. I'd like to learn more various things. |

Thank you for the wonderful lesson. We talked about recent events. You seemed especially busy. In today's story as a mother, I could empathize with he and I thought it was the same in any country. There were some things I realized by talking about myself. |

Thank you for the great lesson. You told me about the Japanese tribes in the Philippines after World War 2. This memory reminded me vaguely of a Japanese man named Onoda. It's really educational for me to be able to talk like this. It’s fun to see how a normal conversation can develop into something so interesting. |
