Samantha and I did a lesson by 100 Power Topics: How to Ask Your Questions. We roleplayed using tag questions and Samantha helped me a lot for that. We also talked about rainy season in Japan and the heat in Georgia. Georgia is hot in summer, it was interesting. I enjoyed talking with you. Thank you, Samantha! See you next time!

Money was the topic in today's lesson. She always teaches me many useful vocabulary and expressions. I learned "cost an arm and a leg," "beyond one's means," "money doesn't grow on trees," and"I'm not made of money." I agree that money isn't everything. Happiness always blooms only in our peaseful and benevolent mind, I guess. Thank you:)

Even though I understand the meanings of those English words, I often feel difficulty in expressing them in English sentences. I should keep up with my work. Thank you!

We began with a small talk and then I learned about some vocabulary focused on knowledge, including "expertise","open-minded(close-minded)" and so on. I would like to construct proper sentenses in English and express them more fluently. Thank you :)

I've learned how to ask some questions politely. I used some of them before, but I wasn't sure if I used them naturally. I feel it is difficult to use the phrases properly in particular situations. I understood a little by doing dialogue practice with Samantha. Thank you.

Today I told her about my children's Sports Day on the weekend and we continued to talk about natural disasters. She showed me an article which contains some phrasal verbs including "tear off","fall down","blow away","pour down","flood out" and "blow over". All of them are relatively understandable but I find it hard to use them smoothly in my expressions. I will make more efforts. Thank you.
