It's been a while since we had a lesson last. I enjoyed his lesson, as usual. He chose an interesting topic to talk about, which was about overtourism. He had sent me the link in advance so I had time to think about my ideas on solving the problem. But they were not so realistic. He taught me the phrase- easier said than done, when describing my ideas. His suggestion was great and I liked it! Thank you for the lesson, Mark. See you soon:)

I could hear about the problems in the politics of the YK leaving EU. It was interesting to hear some opinion directly from Mark.I learned the word "referendum" meaning the vote for leavimg EU or not.
"goinaki ridatsu (合意なき離脱）" used in japanese medias is "without deal"in English.　Northern Ireland wants to stay EU. History of Europe has been so complicated changing country shapes since old times.

あるトピックスについて話し、間違いを指摘、またはよりよい表現を教えてもらうというような形でやっています。
指摘してもらったところを覚えていけば、自然な表現が身についていきそうです。
25分でできることは多くはないのですが、覚えることが多すぎても大変なのでちょうどよい分量です。

I'm totally satisfied with the lesson with Mr.Mark. I also impressed by his smartness. We talked about the ground service at the airport referencing the slides. I tried to summarize the content, and he kindly complemented with well-organized sentences and typed them on the chatbox. Thank you so much for the lesson. See you soon!

It's been a long time since I have taken his classes. I am always happy talking to him. There are times I did't want to have a lesson,because speaking something in English need me many effort. But I enjyoued the class soon after biginning it. I could know many things about YK through learning English.

The lesson was so lovely. Thanks a lot! I tried to summarise the content of the article "An overview of Japan’s Customs brokerage legislation" and Mr. Mark kindly typed it correcting into much more brief, logical and beautiful sentences. Mark wakes up to the sound of birds chirp perched on spire roofing. He goes to the chicken coop and gets some just-laid eggs. He cracks the egg shell and plops into a bowl and pours the egg into a frying pan and sprinkles a pinch of salt on a sunny-side up egg and digs in before it gets cold. Next to him , his cat is shooting a wistful look and drooling at Mark. Today, Mark is going to reap some spinachs, turnips and leeks and makes a salad with his special dressing. He gives a slice of his toast to the kitty and tells " today is going to be a strenuous day, toughen up, dude". After a blazing hot morning, he is preparing the salad to lunch and he reminisces about his salad days.

The alarm clock goes off and Mark leaps off the bed and he is not quite awake but goes to the fridge and swigs a vegetable juice to have an auspicious beginning of the day. Mark is pumped because he is going to plant some new plum trees in his orchard, Mark is dripping with sweat due to the broiling sun, so he gulps a cold water to refresh himself. After he finished his duty, he wanders around his orchard and overhears locusts talking. " This place is the nicest place in the world, the owner doesn`t bother us because we have encroached on his place and here food is up for grabs, good thing I found this place buddy." "Way to go, dude, we`ll never leave here." "But if another bugs spot here we have to give ground this place, right ? Dude?" "Rightly, so!" Mark smiles fondly at them. Dark clouds loom over Mark`s reign, Mark`s friends(bugs) are bolting for theirs stash houses, shelters to not be caught by a summer afternoon shower. Today`s shower is accompanied with thunders but is refleshing the hot weather. The shower calms down and turns a brief sprinkle, raindrops are dripping from the leaves. Mark is dying for relishing a plum cake and hands out to an orphanage that Mark once in a while he visits there and pitchs in. That night he sipped and savored a good wine before off to bed.
