前回の宿題の英作文の添削をしてもらいました。3パターンほどいろんな分の構成、表現方法をタイプしてもらいました。
授業の後半から何か食べながら授業をしていました(笑)ちゃんとこちらの話や間違った所は訂正してくれるので、授業の質は問題無かったけど、気になったので書きました。文化の違いなのかなぁ…。

柔らかい感じの方ですが、ひそかにオタクっぽいところもありそうです。漢字の難しさについて語り合いました。マウスオーバーすると読み仮名が出てくるアドオンとかあるそうです。私も要るかも。

My 8 years old daughter had lesson with her. She was very good at expanding conversation and explaining definition of words. She used a lot of open ended questions, so my daughter could answer with sentence. We were very happy with her lesson!

Yet another fun lessons with Wendy. It seemed like my voice wasn't clear enough a couple of times, so I bought a USB microphone. I'll use it next time. In a process of making Soy sauce, at the initial stage, steamed soy beans and roasted wheat are mixed. And MOULD is added. Several days later, this will transform into soy beans malt. Mixture of these ingredients are packed
in jar. Stir everyday. When they fermented enough, salt water is added. Malt ends fermentation. Several month later, liquid is extracted. This is the Soy sauce!
