Thank you very much your kind lesson. We could discuss about many subjects,for example food and cooking because her specialty is nutrition and my wife is also dietitian. Today was the second lesson with Stuart. I chose Lesson 12 (Intermediate) of 100 Power Topics. He taught me smoothly through the lesson. He
corrected my sentences and my pronunciation of "l". He gave me several words with 'l', and I practiced them. Thanks to him, I had a fruitful time.

Today I did the repharsing practice with Dilhara using a Breaking News English article as we did the last time. I've found that rephrasing paraglaphs using useful expressions identified was really a good practice because by doing so I forced myself to use expressions including the ones which I had never used before, or otherwise would never use in the future. I'm sure that this kind of exercise will help extend my vocabraries. Thank you Dilhara! Have a good day!
