This lesson was a first lesson with Matt. He was frank and very friendly person. Thanks to his character, I was not nervous, and I was able to enjoy his lesson. As I didn't get his joke sometimes, I would like to keep studing english to be able to understand his joking. |

Today, I went to flea market at the park. Though the park is in the business district of Tokyo, many shoppers and buyers were there. To my surprised, one third of buyers were foreigner. Shoppers couldn’t speak Japanese and foreign buyers couldn’t speak English, but they tried to ask price, conditions, or negotiate to shoppers here and there. Did they need my help? NO! Using gestures and funny English, they can communicate each other. It was funny but maybe this is origin of communication. |

Today we discussed exploitation in Japan. Frou showed me an article about overbearing and unrealistic sales quotas imposed on part-time workers in Japanese convenience stores. Although "black part-time jobs" were sometimes reported in Japan, I did not know such cases. Many Japanese university students seem to work for convenience stores as a part-time job. I got strong interests in this issue. Thank you, Frou. See you. |

We continued to talked about unmarried people in Japan. I struggled to explain the grammatically not-understandable points for me, but it's still difficult. So I decided to buy English grammar book written in English since I thought I should learn English grammar more in English. Thank you, Frou. See you. |
