 Today we were talking about contract of employment in Japanese universities. Universities sometimes adopt discretionary labour system. Under this system, workers can decide working time, but usually they are not paid for their "overtime". There are also some limited term employees and part-time lectures. It was difficult to explain the differences, but it was a good practice for me. Thank you, Jing. See you.
