It was a wonderful lesson. I suppose I can develop my English totally, from speaking to writing, along with the teacher’s guidance on IELTS. |

Thank you for teaching me, Marisse! The dialog on lesson 7 was easy for me to understand. So when Marisse asked me the contents of conversation, I could answer. Marisse was cheerful teacher, so I could feel that she is close to me. See you. |

What is a workplace power harassment? According to a labor ministry of Japan, actions now officially considered power harassment include violence and physical offenses, mental abuse such as threats and verbal assaults, segregations, treating workers coldly, demanding the impossible and forcing workers to engage in activities beyond the scope of their duties. Unfortunately, for many employees those actions may sound like a typical day at the office. Companies need to establish clear guidelines. Bosses need to be more aware of their actions and the effect they have on their subordinates, workers who suffer or witness power harassment need to report it. Companies should understand that power harassment is bad for productivity. I hope all companies in Japan address this workplace problems as soon as possible. |

In today's lesson, I asked Mark to check my next speech. He shared his screen and made tweaks. I sometimes kick myself at my minor mistakes! I really thank him for his wonderful idea for the conclusion, because I was stuck when I was making my last part of the speech. I'm excited now, Mark! Thank you for your help, as always! |

Thank you very much for leading the very good conversation based on a bit difficult topic. Your questions are always with appropriate level and gives my daughter a good thinking opportunity. I think she needs more vocabulary to come up with right words to express her thoughts and I hope she could improve it by continuing this kind of practice. Very impressive lesson, as always and |

Thank you very much for the lesson. As always my daughter really enjoyed talking about the movie. Thank you also for explaining her how to review the test. It was very kind of you to give her clear examples. As always, when she had some long break time from the online lesson, it took her a while to be able to speak smoothly. She was trying to say something but also taking time to speak some words, then she held the words and just listened. So, if you could ask her more small open questions and let her say something, that would be very much appreciated. I hope it will help her gain the pace to speak more. Anyway, the topic of movie discussion was very interesting and glad that she enjoyed it very much. Thank you very much and see you soon. |
