I chose the topic of free trade for today's lesson. I learned that food security is different from food safety. "Food security" suggests the adequacy of food to society, the equitable distribution, confirmed supply, etc. On the other hand, "food safety" is concerned with safe sources of all foods, freedom from avoidable chemical and microbial contamination. I was mistaken in thinking that those two terms mean the same. Thank you for giving me the correct knowledge! |

Nice to see you again! This lesson was interesting and I am happy to hear your and your relative's experience in Japan. Also, as I remembered my experience helped foreign people, I reinforced a motivation that I will become an English speaker! Thank you for the lesson. Have a nice day! |

Thank you very much for your great lesson. We caught up how we have been, and went through the LOR that I wrote for scholarship. Thanks to your advice, unclear words and sentences became clear and logical. I learn a lot from you how I should have written my the LOR. Look forward to seeing you soon again!! |

Our connection was so moody today. Though we re-called and rebooted several times, the condition got worse little by little. Because the situation getting worse was very funny, we could try several ways to fix our connection. We ultimately couldn't find the causes and fix the bad connection, but I enjoyed the process to overcome our problem with a lot of laugh each other. Our laughter produced our cooperation and mutual understanding, and made our precious lessons. Thank you very much, Nix. Tomorrow is another day.I hope our connection will get better soon. I am looking forward to seeing you, Nix☺ |

I really had a blast time by talking about the kinds of ice cream in baskin robbins. We are fascinated by many ice creams, and don't have enough time to check 31 kinds:). In Japan, the color sometimes indicates flavor of fruits. Pale yellow makes us imagine banana flavor. Inner part in banana is white color, though. Light violet makes us imagine grapes flavor. Because we discussed the relation between color and flavor, I would like to continue that next. There may be the different sense among us. Catch you later, Nix. |
