I really felt interested in an article about "grabbing shut-eye". It is a humorous description about "inemuri" (taking a nap during your works) in Japan. Sheree pleasantly explained some words & phrases. As for a sentence "the mind's ticking over", for example, she compared it with a Japanese way of expression "the stomack's clock" (hara-dokei). Good lesson.
