I am appreciate everytime that you kindly teach me how to use English grammer correctly. This time, I learned the difference between "which" and "that". In the article of Economist, I thought "which" in one of sentences can be replaced with that. However, the replacement is strange to Native speaker. Now, I understand how English speaker makes a distinction between them. I can wait for your lesson again!
