We did Steve Jobs' speech this time. I had to change some sentences into my own words. It was challenging but fun! I like that exercise. Thanks to Grace, now I realise that I need to read English texts and read aloud. |

I learned "Applying for a Job" with Kathryn. We didn't finish today's lesson, but I always enjoy listening to Kathryn's talk or kind explanations about my questions. As she said, we barely started, so we are going to continue this lesson next time. I learned many good expressions from her as always. Thank you, Kathryn. |

Dario introducced mouth anatomy to practice phonix. There are many parts of our mouth such as alveolar ridge, soft palate, oral cavity, vocal folds, pharynx and mandible ...etc. They are unfamiliar for daily conversation, but in this oppotunity, I can learn them. There are so many sounds in English unlike to Japanese. I can understand why I'm not good at listening skills. Thank you, Dario for your understandable explanations about phonix. I'm looking forward to having your lesson! |

Today we did Q&A to practice my speaking. I had to answer her prepared questions about several kinds of topis, and there was one rule for it which was "no cliche". So I tried to speak from my heart and it was quite fun!I thank her enthusiastic lesson, as usual. |
