Today, Shuichi read a picture book, and then he practiced making the sentences using "there is" and "there are". Before the lesson, he was not happy because he thought English is too difficult for him. But he worked hard on his lesson today. Thank you for always supporting him, Xandra.

At the beginning, I shared Richard how my work was this day and chatted a while. Then we did activity using random words and make a sentence out of them. It was difficult at first, but I enjoyed the activity.Followingly we read an article about having eggs make us healthy. We discussed about it.
Thank you for taking extra time for reading the article. I enjoyed the lesson a lot! See you soon.

The teacher was so kind to me in our class. I could be relaxed and talk to the teacher very comfortably. I felt like we had already been friends for a long time. I’m sure it comes from her teaching skill. She is a licensed teacher. She will be popular so soon. Must book again!!

I learned about phrasal verb "Look" today.
今日は、phrasal verb(句動詞)のLookを学びました。

Nik explained them simply to understand easily.
ニック先生は、それらを理解しやすいようにシンプルな表現で説明してくれました。

He always uses gestures and facial expressions, so they are really helpful to learn new vocabulary.
ニック先生は、いつもジェスチャーと顔の表情を多用してくれるので、新しい言葉を習う時に、とても助かります。

I will try to use them when I speak English.
自分が英語を話す時も、それらを取り入れてみようと思います。

Thank you very much, Nik!
ニック先生、ありがとうございます!

See you next time!

Today, we chose some topics at random. The word "peace" is naturally used about the world issue not about our daily life, he explaind to me. Such a sense about how to choose words is really difficult and the reason why I sometimes hesitate to use words. Mark's explanation about word's definition is understandable and interesting to feel the word's meaning. And he introduced "food for thought". He always gives me coloful food for thought and I enjoy it which broaden my mind. Thank you, Mark. See you next time.
