Thank you for giving me wonderful lessons, Nix!
We had fruitful discussion regarding 'appearance' using the online material you chose.
The first impression is important to form human relationships, and is decided within a few seconds after we met. The major decision factors are appearance according to the law of Mehrabian. Therefore, when we meet someone, we should make good appearance as much as possible.
In the case of English lessons, the first impression derived from appearance may be important.
Anyway, times fly! I had a fun time with you. See you, Nix!

Today we talked about my new job and did some catch-ups. He always tries to extend his helping hands as much as he can. He's an honest, kind and diligent teacher. He never ask for a return. I do appreciate his help!

I enjoyed Mark's first lesson. He set a real situation (e.g., my English co-worker is trying to skip the meeting, and asks me what to do), and did a role-play. I met some words that I know but cannot use during today's lesson (permission, approve, refuse, and skip). It's really helpful. Thank you for your lesson, and nice to meet you, Mark.

She taught me kindly.
It was unfortunate not to use her camera for her reason.

It was wonderful for my daughter to have a reading lesson with you. The books you chose for her were just right level and I think she enjoyed them with you where you asked some nice questions after reading. The lesson based on the text was also nice as always where you taught her some grammar and talked to her a lot.

Today is a bonus day for me, not only because I had a chance hearing about the story of your family tree but also because I could hear your prediction. Thank you so much!! I'm looking forward to the next lesson.

It was another fun conversation with you, Richard. Finding an article, studying it before the class, reading it and talking about the topic in class is a kind of established pattern that I am recently following, which I feel very much comfortable with. I would like to continue this way, while learning new things like "tickling my fancy" or"tickling my funny bone." :)
