Today, Mark showed me an interesting article about guideline to limit the amount of alcohole to avoid excess drinking. Mark kindly explained my unfamiliar words and phrases such as "unit" used to presenting alcoholic strength, 1 unit=8 gms of alchol. This is commonly used in UK to compare alchol strength fairly by each kind of alchol. " rest on one's laurels" = to be satisfied with what you have achieved and therefore stop trying to achieve anything new.
