We enjoyed talking about your favorite snacks, cakes. Then, time always fries. |

In this lesson we read an article entitled 'Anger over horse racing ad on Sydney Opera House'. The issue was difficult to judge which side is correct, so it was interesting topic to discuss. I learn new words such as condoned, desecration. |

Vlada, I recently learned that Finnish language shared some features with Japanese language. For example, each consonant is followed by a vowel, so Finnish words would sound familiar to Japanese ears. Both languages are branches of Ural–Altaic languages. Well, that might position me at a better place than you, if I decide to learn Finnish? No, no, it would never happen... |

Kathryn, I saw her dancing. Or trying to dance. Yes it was robotic. Maybe she needed that costume with gold lame and crepe ruffle frill pants, to throw away awkwardness, to be more lively. or that might be simply impossible. Anyway I am wondering who planed this presentation.... |

Thank you for today's lesson. It gave me a chance to think about "custom" by discussing this topic. It is fun to learn new things relating to British culture from a British teacher. |
