I’m sorry I couldn’t have an energetic lesson because of my condition. Let’s make a powerful lesson tomorrow! I forgot to tell you that I read a lot of books about Jung. |

Thank you for your lesson and I'm sorry not to speak well. One of the reasons I couldn't speak smoothly especially today was, as you imagine, that I was sleepy;-) But another reason was my poor vocabulary about food, food ingredient and cooking methods. I really got aware of ignorance on them. In that sense, It was a very good exercise for me. Thank you for your lesson, Rosemay. See you. |

First, separate broccoli into individual florets and quickly blanch or steam for 2 minutes and set aside, cut onion in half and cut into small wedges, peel carrot and cut into half inch thick and peel potatoes and cut into about 8 to 12 pieces each. Cut boneless chicken thighs into bite-size pieces. Heat oil in a frying pan and saute chicken for a few minutes until lightly browned, meanwhile heat chicken broth in a large pot at medium heat, then add chicken pieces to the broth. Heat one spoon oil in the same pan used for chicken and cook the onion, add carrot and potatoes to the pan, cook for a couple of minutes. Now transfer the vegetables to the chicken broth and lower the heat to the medium low, cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Today, we were talking about many different topics like teaching English in Fuji and traffic jam in Indonesia, the travel in India. She is a teacher easy to talk like a friend. Also, She tried to correct my wrong pronunciation. I am confident to improve my English if I keep taking her class. Thank you, Cheraine! |

Thank you very much for today's lesson! 'Status quo' sounds cool...maybe Latin? I hope I can use a lot more words and idioms fluently. Thank you again and I look forward to seeing you next week. |
