Aslo, I am a shy person when it comes to speaking in English. But, Ashley sensei was very nice and friendly. She made me feel as if I was talking to her in Japanese. In other words, My English came out of my mouth naturally without any hesitations or such. I think I've overcome my shyness since I had Ashley sensei for my lesson. Nobody could have done it better. It's very interesting to know that old phrases are still used in a daily conversation, and I am happy to learn new vocabulary. I called the student on time though the call did not connect until 12:01. However, I extended our lesson time for an extra two minutes to make up for it. I apologize for my loud voice, I usually speak a little louder than normal because often students have sound issues during lessons. It is difficult for teachers to know exactly how they will sound for each student, so next time if you have an issue with the volume just simply tell the teacher during the lesson.
