Actually, we have several craving, such as chocolate craving, coffee craving, alcohol craving (addiction?) , fried-foods craving. Though the excess is not good in general, the appropriate intake is good to improve our stress and frustration. I think we shouldn't resist to take our craving and should control it properly.
