Thank you for the lesson.　I came to understand what you meant by' koan'.

What is Zen Question and Answer
Also known as Koan

A series of questions and answers where the practitioner asks questions and the leader answers them.
It is one of the training methods that Zen Buddhist monks perform to open enlightenment.
Often, we talk about strange questions and answers that we don't engage in, or conversations we don't know what we're talking about. I am looking forward to seeing you.

Thank you so much for informative lessons, Nix😃
Because you give me several fresh articles, I can learn many useful expression and information through the materials. Though the topics regarding COVID-19 tend to increase, I can spend fruitful English lessons with you.
I am really worried about the situation under lockdown.
Our governor asks that all residents avoid nonessential outings and stay inside as much as possible to contain the spread of COVID-19.
Because I can spend most of my time at home, I may be able to read many English news to update our situation.
See you soon, Nix.

As a result, the crime what stealing bicycle seats is rampant! And now the crime trend is stealing a bicycle seat and replacing it with a broccoli. So, in supermarkets has a problem that shoplifting of broccolies. We can see sooo many bicycles with broccoli seat in the world!

Hi Mayumi-san, nice to see you again:) Thank you so much for always your wonderful, tremendous, excellent, splendid, marvellous, magnificent, superb, glorious, sublim, lovely, delightful lessons. These adjectives such as wonderful, tremendous, etc are listed as synonym on Oxford Paperback Thesaurus. There are really many synonyms, I think. To be honest, it is still difficult for me using words, phrases and expressions correctly in English. However, I have been studying happily English thanks to you. What's more, you always make my day.
First, we talked about the situation with the disease COVID-19. In Japan, a concern of more spreading of the disease is expanding increasingly again, and so the governor of Tokyo, Yuriko Koike, has again urged people to refrain from non-essential outings, warning that the capital is at a critical juncture in preventing an explosive spread of the coronavirus. She also warns of possible lockdown. As you know, India is under complete lockdown for 3 weeks to the whole nation. The number of all citizens in India is 1.3 billion. I can't imagine the magnitude of the effect. When I saw a TV news related to the situation in India, violator who went out without permission was being whipped or squatted on the spot. The punishments in India are also unique and I realized again that there are many culture differences in the world. Don't you think that too?
Next, I might say Zoom, the video-conferencing app. It has seen a huge rise in downloads since quarantines were imposed around the world and it is now being used by millions for work and social gatherings. The English speech which I belong to also has begun to consider introduction of Zoom. In this way, I guess that remote working could become more popular in Japan as well.
Please take a good care of yourself and I'm looking forward to seeing you again soon. You are on my mind forever^^

Today is a kind of music day. We talked about greatest songs ever.
While we talked, I chose 'No woman, No cry', which I frequently played in my school days.
Today's lesson passed so quickly that I missed her. See you next lesson, Joanna.
