Oh, those sweets look so yummy! Now I named them 'Cow Eggs'. By the way, I succeeded to make you laugh today. For a long time they were useless, but this time they helped me for the first time. Stay safe, Chele. |

Hi Mayumi-san, good to see you again:) Thank you so much for always your wonderful lessons. You made my day this time again. We talked about leadership and the different types of bosses. You are very lucky that you don't have to deal any types boss situations. I'm so jealous of that. To put it simply, if a boss don't like to work with me, he can change another person except me, but even if I don't like to work under him, I can't change my boss easily. I have no chice but to endure the situation. But as I have retired my working life, it is happy not to worry about personality or leadership style of my boss.(haha) We also talked about the differences in working environment and human relationships. The psychological background of the Japanese dislike for brainstorming has to be the desire to preserve the wa. In business, Japanese want to preserve the wa so much that they do not insist on differing opinions strongly in front of the people they are talking to. Japanese people unconsciously feel that saying something strongly to another person may hurt the person's feelings, so when they comfront someone in those situations, they soften their tone and go into enkyoku mode to imply their message. It seems to be difficult for foreigners to understand the Japanese communication style. I'm really happy to see you again and you are always on my mind. I'm looking forward to next lesson. Please take care of yourself not to catch a Coronavirus. See you soon^^ |

Thank you for all the fun and wonderful lessons. My daughter is in a good mood after the lesson, so it makes me happy. ケンゴ先生はいつも娘に合うようにと事前準備をしてくださっています。 説明がとてもわかりやすいとのことで、レッスンの後はいつも楽しそうに 「今日も上達したよ!」と報告してくれます。 ありがとうございました。 |
