Today's lesson was very interesting. He thinks that Japanese kanji have a deep meaning . for example 、茶道
書道　剣道　柔道　。Its difficult to translate in English. it’s ”path". He doesn't seem to fit.

Hi, Karen! Thanks for such compassionate words. As I mentioned during our lesson for yesterday, I wasn’t really like myself due to some of my stressful experiences at work. But, look. 今回は茶道の祖、千利休についてお話ししました。「和、敬、清、寂」すなわち、harmony,respect,purity,and tranquilityが大切な要素だそうです。いつ、お客さんが来られても迎えられるように部屋は綺麗にしておくべしとのことです。それで、今頑張って掃除をしています。

I was interested in his background very much. It was difficult to hear all, but was taught the word not to understand immediately. I felt like being able to experience culture not to know that I talked with him. He typed the mistake immediately in the lesson last and I studied very much.
