 とてもクリアな発音で聞き取りやすく、また、レッスン中も適宜、文法的あるいは言い回し的に良い表現をチャットを使って示してくれる（復習もやりやすい）ので、とても勉強になります。後から言ってくれるよりも、その時に指摘される方が身につくような気がして（多分人それぞれですが）私にはあっています。話題の振り方や、質問の仕方も上手で、充実した２５分間のレッスンを提供してくれる先生だと思います。

 何度もレッスンを受けていますが、いつも、とてもとてもいい先生だなぁと思います。私自身講師として働いた経験がありますが、講師は熱心であればあるほどいいというものでもなく、熱意がありすぎると、生徒の習得への期待が過剰になり生徒が負担に思うことも。James先生はその辺のバランスがとてもいいと思います。チャットボックスに丁寧に残してくれるのも、復習しやすくて大変助かります。CDや一部の英会話講師のように初心者でも聞き取りやすいハキハキとした話し方ではないですが、逆にリスニングの練習になっていいです。
