 今日はある笑い話をしたら、ロシェル先生は大笑いしていました。おお、ちゃんと通じた！って感じでした。
I agree that babies and old people are similar. But they are completely different. Babies are cute but old people aren't. Babies are going to be better for everything but old people are going to be worse. That's life. So we all have to try many things when we are young. I hope your dreams will come true someday.  今回は曹洞宗と道元禅師の教えについてお話ししました。只管打坐はsimply just sitting なのですね。
私はてっきり、ビシッとたたくことかと思っていました。seated meditation（座禅）はとても出来ませんが。
作務（some)の掃除はこれから頑張ります。デボラ先生は厳しい掃除のことはチベット仏教で、よくご存じでした。
ネルケ無法さんのこともご紹介しました。
