自分と先生の話す量のバランスが絶妙。自分だけが頑張って話題を振る、先生ばっかり話して話す練習にならない、というのが全然無くて、ほんとに話す練習になった。生徒に積極的に喋らせようとして徹底的に受け身になる先生がいるけど、会話はキャッチボールなので、そこらへんは先生からもある程度話してくれないと困る・・・というのをよく分かっていらっしゃる先生でした。 とはいえ、話を自分から続けられない話題が一つだけ有り、それに関しては今後の課題ということで受け止めて頑張りたいと思います。 |
