I appreciate your riveting lesson! First, we picked up an article about Myanmar and the standpoint of the Japanese government and companies. Then we discussed why the Japanese government has decided not to impose sanctions but to suspend the provision of new ODA for the time being, while the U.S. and the EU have imposed sanctions on Myanmar.
