NYマーケットの大暴落や世界恐慌や
かつて私が経験した、”10月の大虐殺(October massacre)”と呼ばれた大暴落などの話をしました。
経済や歴史の話についてきてくれる彼女は私のお気に入りです。
欠点は”朝が早い”だけです。

若い方ですが、話を丁寧に聞いてくれる良い先生です。
YouTubeの自己紹介動画で聴ける通り、標準米語発音という感じでかなり聞き取りやすい先生だと思います。TOEICや英検を卒業して、ネイティブの生の英語に慣れていきたい方に最適かと。
アニメが好きな先生だったので、トピックにアニメを選んでsmall talkしました。とても楽しかったです。

Peter-sensei listened to my report about ongoing trip. I have no time to prepare to study something before lesson. I’d like to explain about “Kumano-Taisha”. But it’s too difficult for me. I translated from Japanese to English by using translator. Peter-sensei rewrote them. I appreciated him as usual.

I booked two lessons in a row. This time, our topic was an invention. I addressed books while you mentioned a printing press. I've become more digital; smartphones have GPS abilities. We also referred to e-waist. During the coming Golden Week, I plan a family reunion.

It was great chatting with you, Bill.
As usual, Bill gave me lots of fascinating topics from a robot waiter that served Bill and his family in a restaurant to his recent purchase of a meal replacement called "Comp." We shared how it can be tough to keep our weight down with some jokes. Then we moved on to a subject about what type of practice other people do in his lessons. As I was worried about how I make use of online English conversation classes, he recommended some of the things I can do. I will probably prefer idiom-based lessons in the future.
