We carried on the phrasal verb exercise.
Today, I learned "hold on" = wait "get on"=perform, make progress,
ex.:How are they getting on at school?
"carry on"=continue ex.:She carryied on along this road.
"go off" = start to sound, ring. ex.:The fire alarm went off.
"pick up"⇔"put down"
Cheese explained a lot of phrasal verbs with understandable examples.

初めての受講でしたが興味深いレッスンでした。ケニアにお住まいで日焼けしていて、プロフィール写真とは印象が違います。大げさなところがなく落ち着いた雰囲気の先生で、頂いたコメントには、私の英語について細かくきちんと書いてくれてました。生徒のリクエストにはきちんと対応してくれる先生だと思いますので、その都度トピックを考えておけば有意義なレッスンになると思いますし、どの先生もそうですが、25分のレッスンでは知り得ないことが多く、何度か受講するのがいいと思います。個人的には先生のライフスタイルに興味を持ちました。英語を通して世界のこと、人々の様々な生き方を知る、英語学習の一つの意味を考えさせられるレッスンでした。
