日露戦争で登場する人物を紹介しました。金子堅太郎、小村寿太郎、高橋是清などです。皆さん、ユニークな人々で学ぶべきところがたくさんあります。ただ、100年前の戦争が今、現在も同じ条件で行われていることが残念でなりません。

Nada-sensei listened to my favorite teacher’s story politely. She passed away last Monday. I missed her so much. Nada-sensei understood how I was feeling and she would always be remembered because of people like me. I was very glad to hear that. I love her legacy and smile so much. We talked about my websites. We discussed about abortion law in the United States. Supreme Court voted to overturn abortion rights the other day and a lot of states decided to change their state laws according to Supreme Court. If women want to abort, they have to go to states allowing abortion. Three justices who made the decision were chosen by Trump. More than half of nations agree with the abortion law. Some states do not even allow to remove dead infants. That's too strict. This decision leads to remove human rights from women and blacks.

We liked reading a piece on China's long-term strategy for Taiwan. While some argue that the Taiwan contingency is impending, the author maintains that China continues to practice strategic patience. We also discussed the 2024 Taiwanese presidential election, the current Philippine presidential election, and Putin's war. Finally, it does not seem that Joe Biden's statement that protecting Taiwan was "the pledge we made" was a gaffe. Enjoy your journey!
