とても聞き上手で、話をうまく引き出してくれます。日本には関西エリア（大阪・姫路・神戸）に来日されたことがあるそうです。たこ焼きとかお好み焼きが好きとおっしゃってました。日本の食べ物は何を食べても美味しいと言ってもらえるととても嬉しいものですね。納豆は匂いが苦手、とも。粘りも匂いもあまり気にならない“納豆お焼き”の作り方を説明したら興味を持ってくださいました。次回は、おでんとかおせち料理についてお伝えしたいです。 |

In the hush of evening , Charles and I had yet another great free-talk, covering many and varied topics such as, what interests we share with ours friends, living in another country foreigners be conscious of what is going on in their own country and marveling at all that are new in the new country and harking back to their lovely country, the smell of a good sweet waft through the street, what is life`s bounty for us, if we already had our stroke of luck and finally it is very crucial to be in your own skin to be happy.
