Today, I asked teacher Glycel to take a walk in a nearby park called "Syowazan".
It was a free talk at Syowazan park.
The park was very beautiful with autumn leavers.

I look up words and sentences that might come in.
"Let's talk like this, talk like that", I prepare.
Preparation for the lesson.

Teacher Glycel tells or rephrases that I made mistakes.
I will review it later.

For an old man It's two birds with one stone.
English conversation is exercise for the brain.
Walking is exercise for the body.

今回のレッスンでは話題が思わぬ方向に進み、なかなか英語が出てこず途中で日本語を交えながらになってしまいましたが、
先生のおっしゃる通り、あらかじめ用意した文を話すのではなく突発的に話すためのいい練習になりました。
私の日本語の説明を先生が英語に直してくださり、新しい表現や単語を学ぶこともできました。

Thank you Mayumi-sensei. I was whole-heartedly happy to talk with you.
It was the first time I had spoken English in a week. I hoped I got back into the swing of things by talking with you because I took a week off from studying English since the test ended, and I felt like my English had gotten kinda rusty. As I caught you up sharing my memory of a concert I went to the other day, I felt like I was getting in the groove. We then spent the rest part of the lesson in the form of an Eiken interview, and I am going to continue to ask you to have lessons this way.
